Risk Acknowledgement & Waivers

Bilby brings people together through real-world activities. Some activities can be physical and carry risk, so it’s important to consider how you inform users about safe participation.

In Bilby, you can configure a Risk Acknowledgement or Waiver to appear either when new users first create an account or when they make a booking for an activity.

Configuring Automatic Risk Acknowledgements & Waivers

• Navigate to Admin Configurations
• Select Activity from the Menu
• Scroll to the Terms & Conditions on the Page
• Add a Risk Acknowledgement or Waiver in the Activity Terms and save!
