Default Privacy

Bilby is designed with privacy in mind, allowing users to control what information they share with Activity Owners and other members. Within your group, you can suggest what information should be shared by setting a default privacy level.

Accessing Default Privacy

• Navigate to the Administration Configurations
• Select “User Config” from the Menu
• Select “Default Privacy” from the Menu
• Update the privacy options on the Page

Default privacy for User Types

When creating User Types with custom fields, you can set a default privacy recommendation for any Shared Fields.

Users can then select their preferred sharing option for any data they enter into the system.
