Membership Settings
The following settings help you manage communication with guests when they sign up and create accounts.
Default Member Account Type
When configuring , you can specify a default user type that will be applied to new user accounts. This is useful because Bilby prompts new users to provide the required details when they first access the system.
Membership Approval Requirement
Bilby includes a process for converting a Guest into a Member through an Application Process. If you prefer to manually review new user accounts before they can purchase membership products, you can enable this option in this section.
Required Attendance and Guest Bookings
Before allowing new users to purchase memberships, Bilby can check additional requirements based on your configurations. This prompts users to “Complete their account” before proceeding.
