How do I contact Bilby Support Services?

When becoming a Partner, Bilby supplies you with contact information to raise support requests and ask questions. If you cannot find our contact information check out the Contact Us page to see how you can contact us.

How much does support cost?

We like hearing feedback about our system. Asking questions or reporting an issue is free! Simply get in contact using our details provided and we will be happy to have a chat.

For anything else, we have information about support located in the Terms of Service under the heading Support Services. You will find the most up-to-date information about support service obligations and pricing here.

If you need additional support for something that is not covered by the standard Bilby service, we generally operate on an hourly support service charge starting at $120 (AUD) per hour.
