Activity Types

When you create Activity Types, you can configure additional activity details and set restrictions on who can create them.

Accessing Activity Types

• Navigate to the Administration Configurations
• Select “Activity Config” from the Menu
• Select “Activity Types” from the Menu
• Create or Update Activity Types on the Page

Restricting Activity Types

Activity Types allow you to specify a User Tag, which restricts who can create an activity of this type.

To allow a user to create a restricted activity, simply attach the selected tag to their account to grant access.

About Activity Types

Partners may often need to capture additional details and tailor the activities their users can offer. This is where Activity Types come to the rescue.

When creating a new activity type, you can specify which fields are optional or mandatory. Fields help prompt Activity Owners to provide more information for a specific activity.
