Tagging Users is a powerful way to organise your member data. Partners have control over what tags they would like to create.
To administer tags on a Users Profile;
- Login as an Member Officer Account holder
- Navigate to any Users profile
- On the User Profile page, Select ‘Manage Tags’
- Select any available tag and Save
This User will now be filterable in the User Management and Reporting section.
User tagging, similar to activity tagging allows Member Officer Account holders to separate and categorise Users in a public and private manner.
This can be used to report on certain users within the system, or to communicate a type of user to other Member Officer Account holders.
