0.4.0-Alpha [2022-02-07]

A small release to include audit changes. This marks the first time test users were invited to come into the system and test out some features.

Improvements

• Added auditing to certain entities to track changes (Backend only)
• Made inputs readonly once an activity is finished
  • Leader role only
  • Execs can still make changes and updates with changes being audited
• Limiting up to 3 tags on activities
  • Our user base did not have examples of more than 3 tags being used
  • This is a business decision that will affect future feature development
• Added footer base layout for app
