The Super Admin role in Bilby is designed for Users who are confident with digital systems, after all, they are responsible for the administration and configuration of their site!
Each Bilby site can have up to three Super Admin users, allowing for a small team to manage site operations efficiently. Super Admins have exclusive access to advanced settings and tools, giving them control over critical aspects of the site’s functionality and customisation.
Supporting your members and guests
As a Super Admin in Bilby, you play a key role in managing your club’s site and helping others make the most of it.
Along with overseeing site administration and configuration, Super Admins help guide and train their club’s Activity, Member, and Financial Officers, empowering the whole team to work confidently with Bilby.
