Activity Types

When you create Activity Types, you can configure additional activity details, fields, and other settings. You can also set restrictions on who is permitted to create them.

Accessing Activity Types

• Navigate to Administration Configurations
• Select “Activity” from the Menu
• Select “Activity Types” from the Menu
• Create or update Activity Types on the Page

Restricting Activity Types

Activity Types can be restricted by assigning a User Tag. Only users with the specified tag will be able to create activities of that type.

For example, to restrict usage to “Committee Members” or “Coaches”, create a User Tag with that name, assign it to the Activity Type, and apply it to relevant users.

About Activity Types

Partners often require the ability to capture specific details or customise the activities their users can create. Activity Types enable this flexibility.

When setting up an Activity Type, you can define which fields are optional or mandatory. This helps guide Activity Owners to provide the appropriate level of detail.
