Activities are an integral part of the Bilby system. To help manage how activities are run within your group, Bilby provides several configurable options.

Selectable Statuses

An activity has various statuses that indicate its current state. For example, when an activity is in “Draft”, Bilby will hide it from the public site.

In this configuration, you can specify which statuses Activity Owners are allowed to select.

• To give Activity Owners full publishing privileges, select all available statuses.
• To implement an approval process, choose only the appropriate statuses.

Activity Default Start

Bilby allows you to set a default map location for activities. Use this setting to specify a location near your area of operation. This simple configuration serves as a helpful starting point for Activity Owners when creating new activities.
