12.3-beta includes more improvements on the user booking interface. You can now add a user to an activity with just a username.

12.2-beta introduces the ability to create new User records. This is available to Activity Owners and lets them track participants.

  • Can now add/invite participants by email address
  • Can now add a new User onto their activity by creating a User record
  • New user records require name and email only
• New Bookings:
  • We are now supporting a quick 3 staged booking process
  • This guides Users through creating a new booking
  • Users are informed of the booking status before creating a booking

  • Moved Trashed/Restore notes to the activity administration timeline
  • They were previously on the booking timeline
  • The “Invited” flag will only appear on Users added to “Active” activities

12.0-beta introduced major improvements to the booking lifecycle. We simplified the process for creating a booking for Users, and administration for bookings for Activity Owners.

  • Renamed existing statuses to be more generic (Valid, Void, Pending, Interested)
