Bilby takes payments using our payment provider. These transactions will automatically generate receipts and notifications related to the transaction. However there are instances where a Receipt Officer may want to manually generate a receipt for a user.

How do I manually generate a receipt?
First navigate to the User profile where you would like to generate a receipt. You can see detailed instructions on the User Management and Reporting page.
When on the users profile page, select the option to view this users receipts. You can find this option in the navigation sidebar marked as Receipts.
Now on the receipts page, select the Create Receipt button in the admin action section and fill out the form, and then click save.
The receipt that is created will now also be visible to the user who owns that particular profile.
