Changing an Activity Owner

Bilby can transfer any Activity from one Owner to any User. This can only be performed by a User with the Activity Officer role.

How do I change an Activity Owner?

Navigate to the administration section of the Activity you would like to transfer;

• Select the “Admin” button located at the top of the Activity admin screen
• Select the Change Owner option
• Enter the email or username of the new Activity Owner
• Email/Username must relate to an existing user in Bilby
• Save the changes

Once an Activity Owner has been changed, Bilby will create a status note that can be visible on the Administration Board, which will also notify the new Activity Owner of the change.
