Activities can have special notes created for them that are used for administration purposes. These notes are only visible to the Activity Owner, and any Users with the Activity Officer role.
An administrative note can be used to record any issues the Activity Owner encountered while running their activity.
To view administrative notes related to an activity navigate to the activity management screen by following these steps.
- Login to your user account and navigate to My Account
- Select My Activities
- Select an Activity in your list
- In the activity management screen, select the Administration tab
When in the activity management screen as described above you can simply type a note to write your message.
Certain actions such as changing an activity’s status, finishing an activity, or Cancelling an activity can also automatically generate an admin note.
