Membership Tagging

Tagging is a powerful way to organise member data and define when a User is allowed to run certain types of activities. Member Officers have the ability to manage tags on User accounts.

Administering Tags on a User Profile

  1. Navigate to the Administration section
  2. Select “Users” from the Menu
  3. Choose an account from the Content
  4. Select “Edit Tags” from the Page
  5. Add or remove tags as required, then Save

The account will now be filterable in the section.

Benefits of Tagging

User tagging works much like activity tagging, allowing Member Officer account holders to categorise and separate Users in both public and private ways.

Tagging can be used to:

  • Generate reports on specific groups of users
  • Communicate the type or status of a user to other Member Officers
