If you have been assigned the Member Officer role, you can send emails directly to any user within Bilby.
When composing an email, you may specify a Reply-To address, which is particularly useful for directing responses to a shared inbox. If no Reply-To address is provided, replies will default to the email address registered in your Bilby account.
How to Send an Email to a User
- Navigate to the Administration section
- Select “Users” from the Menu
- Choose an account from the Content
- Select “Message User” from the Menu
- Enter the Reply-To address (optional)
- Add a Subject and write your Message, then click Send
Once an email has been sent, a record of the message will appear in the user’s Notes section for reference.
