Cloning an Activity on behalf of Users

In Bilby, Activity Owners do not have access to other Users activities. There can be cases when an Activity Owner would like to run an activity that belongs to another User.

When a User has been granted the Activity Officer role, they have the ability to clone any Activity, and assign them to another User.

To clone an Activity for another User:

• Navigate to the Activity you would like to clone
• Select the clone option as described in the Clone an Activity guide.
• This will assign the new activity to your account
• Perform the steps as described in the Changing an Activity Owner guide.

The activity will now be cloned, and assigned to a new User!
