Members are Users who have paid for membership with a Bilby Partner.
Sometimes a Partner can import your details from somewhere else, so if its your first time logging in, you may have to select the forgot password option to reset your password.
This will send you an email to confirm your identity, and then run you through some quick setup steps. Bilby will guide you through these steps when you first try to access your account.
If you are finding yourself having any issues, it might be best to first reach out to your Bilby Partner. They may be able to help reset your account.
Expired Members

Expired Members are users that had a paid membership in the past, but have not renewed.
If your membership has expired that’s ok. Bilby makes it easy for you to renew your membership automatically. For detailed instructions check out the Renewing Membership guide.
