Guests using the system are invited to send an Activity Owner a message using the system.
When browsing activities, you can find a form at the bottom of the page that will submit a query to a Activity Owner directly.
When you send a question or comment, Bilby will create a new booking record with the status of “Interested”.
The Activity Owner will be notified and you can now communicate through your booking.
Caution
An “Interested” booking does not indicate that you have a “Valid” booking. It is
recommended that you confirm with the Activity Owner the status of your booking.
