Withdrawing a booking

It is a basic fact of life that sometimes our plans change. In Bilby you can communicate these changes to an activity owner. This makes it easy for owners to track who they are expecting on upcoming activities.

How to withdraw or cancel a booking

  • Click on “My Account”
  • Select “My Bookings”
  • Click on the booking you wish to update
  • Select the option to withdraw your booking request
  • Optionally provide a note/reason for the Activity Owner

And thats it! All the relevant people for this activity will have the information that you are unable to attend this activity.

If you would like to amend a booking that has been withdrawn, you can always comment on the activity for the activity owner, who is then able to amend your booking request.
