Creating a booking

Creating a booking is easy in Bilby Management Software! When you are browsing activities and you see something you would like to participate in, you can open the activity and click on the big blue button to start the booking process. Fill out any requested information to get started.

When an activity is full

Sometimes an activity can be marked as “Activity Full”. This means the activity has met its set number of bookings, but can still take expressions of interest if configured by the activity owner.

Administering your booking

After creating a booking, you can administer it by visiting the “My Account” page and clicking on the “My Bookings” menu item.

This is a great place to check on your booking to see if it is awaiting any action from you, or the Activity Owner. You can cancel your booking, and throw it away.

Communicating with an Activity Owner

When you have created a booking you can communicate with the Activity Owner. If you have any questions, you can just ask! Bilby will notify the Activity Owner that you have sent a message and it is their responsibility to respond to your request.
