Using Bilby

Verify Your Account

When you first create an account with Bilby, either by registering yourself or being added by a Partner, you will have an “Unverified” email address. This can also happen when you or a Partner change the email address associated with your Account.

When you register your own Account

When you create your own account using Bilby, you will be prompted to verify your email address.

We will send a unique code to the email address you have supplied. When you enter the code, you will have verified your address. Done!

When someone has created an Account for you

When someone has created a User account for you, if they have entered your email, you will first need to reset your password using the “Forgot Password” controls.

  • Navigate to the “Forgot Password” screen (accessed via the Login page)
  • Enter your email address
  • We will send you a reset password link
  • Login to Bilby
  • Navigate to your “Account” page to open the “Verify Account” screen
  • Click on the “Send new verification code” link
  • Enter the code to verify your Account
