Message Board

An activity message board is a place where approved participants can share information, communicate with each other and ask questions.

When enabled, approved bookings can access the activity's message board.

Access message board

As an activity owner, go to your activity and select Message Board from the sidebar.

If you can't see this option, select the About menu item in the sidebar and check that the message board is enabled for this activity.

Turn the message board on or off

You can enable or disable the message board for an activity from its About section.

Notify participants

You can notify a participant by tagging their username, like @bilby-user-99, or notify everyone on the board by tagging @everyone.

Bilby will then send the notification.
