Notifications on Activities

When a note is added

When a User has submitted a question from the public Activity page, Bilby will send an email notification to let the Activity Owner know someone has engaged with that activity.

Viewing the note

When someone has added a new note, it will be added to the administration section of the activity management screen. To view these notes simply:

  1. Navigate to the Activity Management screen
  2. Select Administration
  3. View the note left by a User along with their contact information

Notification preferences

This notification is optional and can be set in the Manage Notification Preferences on your account.
