Onboarding & New Accounts

You’ve set up your Bilby partner site and users are starting to join—great! However, you may notice that some users don’t always complete their profiles or aren’t sure what to do next. Since every user is different, Bilby includes clever controls to help guide them along their path to becoming a member.

When you set a user’s onboarding steps to “Awaiting”, the next time they log in they will be directed to the correct page. They won’t be able to continue until they have completed that section.

This is particularly useful for guiding users to complete their privacy settings or accept your terms for attending activities.

Access Onboarding for a User

• Sign in to Bilby with a Member Officer account
• Click on your Account and select Administration
• Select Users from the Menu
• Choose an account from the Content
• On the user’s account page, select the Onboarding tab Content
• Select which steps you would like this user to complete during onboarding
