Granting Access to Create Activities

In Bilby, Members can only create Activities when they have been given access. For example, if you have a “Training Session” Activity Type, a Tag can be created named “Training Officer” to help administer access. This tag can then be easily added and removed by a Member Officer to grant access to many different Users.

How do I give access to create activities?

Once an Activity Type has been created, and has been associated to a Tag, then a Member Officer can simply add that tag to a User.

To do this, you must have a “Member Officer” role and then follow the instructions on the Membership Tagging page to add or remove access.
