Removing a booking

In some cases you may have a booking you would like to remove from your activity.

Bilby allows you to “Trash” these bookings from your User list. This will remove them from both your list, and the users list of bookings.

How do I remove a Users booking?

Simply select the User when you are on your activity list, and then click on the actions, and select “Trash Record”.

The booking will now be removed!

How do I recall a Trashed Booking?

When you are on your list of participants, you can select an option to “Include Trashed” records. Trashed records will now appear in the list with a badge to show which records have been trashed.
