When running an activity it is easy to let Users express their interest in joining the activity.
Who can create a booking on an activity?
Bilby is flexible and will allow any verified user to create a booking on any activity that is marked as “Open to Public”. How you choose to manage those bookings is entirely up to you!
For those wanting something a little more structured, we recommend coming up with a policy for your group on how you want to handle bookings when someone is not a member. Read up on the User statuses and think about how you want to handle bookings when they come in.
